Whylie is a loveable cat who was left to fend for himself when his owner passed away. He lives with 6 other cats in a foster home and gets along well with everyone. Whylie loves to jump in your lap and “bump” his head into you to get you to love on him. He has been outdoors but since he is declawed he needs to be a house cat.
