Spay & Neuter Program

The CAWS spay and neuter coupon program is a needs-based program meant to help low-income families spay and neuter their pets. The program is primarily funded by grants, and we must report application information to our funders.  Please accurately complete the application in its entirety. If you qualify for our spay/neuter subsidy, you will be sent a coupon which will pay for part of the spay or neuter surgery. The remainder will be paid by you, the pet owner. Coupons can be used at any approved Delta County veterinary clinic as well as Bergen Alliance Clinics, Western Slope Animal Hospital and Animal Birth Control in Grand Junction. The coupon is only valid if presented to vet at time of surgery, unless arrangements are made with CAWS and your vet. Coupons are not valid for use on feral animals. Applicants must be residents of the North Fork Valley region (greater Crawford, Hotchkiss, Paonia) of Delta County.
