The CAWS spay and neuter coupon program is a needs-based program meant to help low-income families spay and neuter their pets. The program is primarily funded by grants, and we must report application information to our funders. Income guidelines are listed to the right. Please accurately complete the application in its entirety. If you qualify for our spay/neuter subsidy, you will be sent a coupon which will pay for part of the spay or neuter surgery. The remainder will be paid by you, the pet owner. Coupons can be used at any Delta County veterinary clinic. The coupon is only valid if presented to vet at time of surgery, unless arrangements are made with your vet. Coupons are not valid for use on feral animals. Applicants must be residents of Delta County.

You may download and mail to CAWS a Spay/Neuter Coupon Application.

These coupons are good at most Delta County Veterinarian offices and are valued at:

Dogs
Female – $50
Male – $40

Cats
Female – $40
Male – $35

CAWS’ Spay and Neuter program is currently supported through public donations and through the generous support of the ASPCA, Delta County, PetSmart Charities, Best Friends Animal Society, PETCO Foundation, Ryan Newman Foundation and the Foundation for Protection of Animals.
